My good friend argyle has started a new blog called XP Bonus. It focuses on gaming of all sorts and is very well written. Right now he publishes an article every Monday. This week I was honored when he asked me to fill in and write an article while he went out of town to see Roxette in concert.

Vacation Bible School is always a time that I get to do a little design. Unfortunately this year I was very preoccupied with all the other things going on. With little inspiriation, I more or less slapped this one together from a graphic I purchased online. I feel bad phoning it in, but everyone seemed to like it anyway.
This is another of my constantly undergoing changes websites. I get bored with what’s there and change it thinking something else will look better. Uses WordPress, and several really nice plugins.
One of the things that I attempt to provide for our congregation is a central location for prayer requests, news, past bulletin articles, etc. The problem, however is that most of this could be considered information that should not be public. I use a google groups invite only mailing list for members announcements/prayer requests, and a request mailing list for our bulletins. This allows some screening if necessary.
Here’s another site. Eventually to have the functionality of letting ministers post articles to help other ministers. Uses a nifty HTML 5 carousel. User asked for an Indiana Jones feel.
